You should only select a "Patient Disposition" when you choose "Clinical Care Provided" or "Initial Assessment Only" in the level of service section, all other choices are for assisting the 'Primary' or 'Transport Medic' in Patient Care (No Interventions) and additional documentation is not required. Otherwise Closed Call Rules will force you to provide additional unnecessary information.
