Welcome to the Contra Costa County Tablet PCR support site. This site has been developed to provide basic information and reference for the Tablet ePCR program for all End Users and Admin Personnel in Contra Costa County.

All PCR's are required to meet the NEMSIS Documentation Standards. These are rules developed by the State and Federal Oversight Agencies.

The electronic documentation process has allowed the EMS system to focus on specific needs of our patients by having current data available to all agencies, as opposed to the Quality Assurance personnel having to sort through mountains of paperwork and then try to identify the areas to improve delivery of care.
